102…the number of miles I ran in September.
Over the last two years I have increased my mileage and spent hours training for numerous races. But I wasn’t until I put all that aside and just enjoyed the run that I was able to hit the 100+ mile mark. Now for some this may not seem like a lot of miles but for me it was more than just a number. It shows that with a little determination anything is possible. Some miles were run in the wee hours of the morning or by the light of the moon but there was beauty in every mile.
You are most likely here because you are interested in the art and practice of Yoga and meditation. I welcome you and thank you for your presence! Although, these two things are a passion of mine, I encourage you to find anything that fulfills your soul and expands your mind. Personally, I embrace Yoga and meditation because they require little to no equipment, can be done anywhere at any time, and can be as elaborate and expensive or as simple and cost-effective as you’d like. Your mind and body are your greatest assets, and they require attention and care, but it doesn’t have to be taxing or complicated.
