Living a Big Life

Living a Big Life

As a parent we wish that we could protect our children from everything; disappointment, negativity, challenge, but the truth is we cannot.  Our job is to raise the next generation to know that these things are ok and how to navigate through the challenge of life and come out stronger, more resilient and be able to live life to its fullest.

Perception is a Chosen Lens

“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men (women) who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”  (Muhammad Ali)

Perception is a chosen lens we place on everything that unfolds around us. To feel fear or joy, love or hate, frustration or satisfaction are all signals that we are still alive and have the ability to accept, alter, challenge and dream. In my practice as a leadership coach, a father, a partner, a meditator, a brother, a son, a board member, a business owner, a friend, I strive to be as open minded, upright, honest, transparent, and as full of care and honor to those around me as possible.
